247Moneybox.com, one of the UK's fastest growing payday lenders, have today announced the launch of their summer 2015 internship scheme.
The next generation digital finance provider has expanded rapidly since its launch in 2009 with daily payday loan applications running into the tens of thousands.
Since 2012, the firm has been running an internship programme from its central London office. The 2015 scheme is set to be the biggest yet with 4 positions available from July to September.
The scheme is aimed at those in their penultimate year of their university studies who wish to supplement their study with real hands-on experience. 247Moneybox are inviting a wide range of applicants for its positions in finance, programming and PR.
Some of the 2012 and 2013 alumni have gone on to secure permanent positions in the firm whilst others have used the internship as a spring board into the industry of their choice upon graduation.
"From the outset of the business we always wanted to make sure we were attracting the best talent our universities have to offer" expressed Mark Hannay, 247Moneybox.com's Chief Operating Officer. "We are proud to be able to offer these positions and believe they are mutually beneficial to the intern and the firm. Getting experience these days is becoming increasingly tough which in turn is making actually securing a full time permanent position even harder. We are happy to be helping try to break this unfortunate catch-22 position and releasing the great potential of job seekers into the labour market."
Applications are now being accepted. For anyone interested in applying the firm asks if they could forward a CV and a covering letter to firstname.lastname@example.org
