For example: If you want a loan of £100 and your next paydate is 30th January 2010 and your PIN is 1234, text:

If you would like to find out the status of your loan application, simply text the following to 82727:

LOAN STATUS


 


If you would like to repay your loan early, simply text the following to 82727:

LOAN REPAY [YOUR PIN]

For example: if your PIN is 1234, text:

LOAN REPAY 1234

We welcome early repayment of your loan at any time with no hidden fees. Payment will be collected from your debit card immediately and you will be notified when this has been done.


 


If you would like to extend your loan until your next paydate, simply text the following to 82727:

LOAN EXTEND [YOUR PIN] [YOUR NEXT MONTHS PAYDATE]

For example: If you want to extend your loan and your next paydate is 30th January 2010 and your PIN is 1234, text:

LOAN EXTEND   1234   31012010

We understand that the unexpected can happen, but we normally require full repayment on your contractual repayment date. For that reason we won't keep rolling your balance endlessly from month to month, which can sometimes happen with payday loans. If there's an unavoidable change in your circumstances, you may extend your loan for a further month.
